It is out-of-print and EXTREMELY RARE to find one in this condition. Do not trust other lower priced listings for this product, as they are likely selling the much more common UK version that won't work on US blu-ray players.
There are no tears in the shrinkwrap, and only has barely visible dings at the bottom of the outer box. See pictures for more details.
