This is a most unusual patch is made from the Pirarucu Fish.
Also known as the paiche or the arapaima, the pirarucu is an air-breathing fish found in the rainforest rivers
of South America's Amazon Basin and nearby lakes and swamps. It is one of the
world's largest freshwater fish species often reaching nearly 10 feet long and over 400 pounds.
We offer a dyed blue eye patch, hand made of pirarucu scales over a leather form with a dome to allow
the free movement of eyelashes. The elastic is adjustable, comfortable
and replaceable. The leather back side can be wiped cleaned with a damp cloth. THIS IS A REAL FISH SKIN WITH LEATHER BACKING. Each patch varies slightly.
