Our fine jewelry is made of genuine precious metal such as gold, sterling silver and platinum set with genuine mined diamonds and gemstones. For such Items, Appraisals confirming authenticity, carat, clarity, and color, metal is available free on request.

Our Fashion jewelry is made of alloys (non-precious metals) set with lab-created /simulated diamonds or cubic zirconia and gemstones. Some items may be made with precious metals such as sterling silver plated (covered with a thin layer) of real gold set with lab-created diamonds (unmined) and/or lab-created gemstones. This is done so that even those who cannot afford the high price of the real metal and stone Item, can still enjoy wearing jewelry that “looks” like the real thing! WE CLEARLY REPRESENT WHAT THE ITEM IS MADE OF IN OUR ITEM SPECIFIC SECTION. Even after this if you have questions, we will gladly answer any and every question you have in our Messages section (turnaround time is 24 hours)

Once you have won an Auction and/or Purchased an Item, please use the Check Out process to complete the Purchase and pay for the Item. You do not have to wait for us to send an Invoice.

You can combine multiple purchases in one order to save shipping cost,restrictions apply. Please use the Check out Process once you have completed all your Purchases.

Ring Size: If you have purchased a Ring, please mention the Ring size in “Note to Seller” tab or send a separate message to us after making the Payment. Not mentioning the ring size may delay the delivery.If we do not receive your Ring size on time, standard size of US 7 for women and US 10 for men will be shipped. If resize is required, additional charges will apply

Method of Payment

We accept payment via PayPal only. You can use any of your credit cards with PayPal to pay for your purchases. You do not have to have a PayPal Account to pay – you can pay as a guest. Texas orders will have the appropriate Sales Tax added to their Invoice automatically.

Rates

Shipping within continental USA is FREE and via USPS First Class Mail.

We ship worldwide. International orders are charged based on the destination country - the rate will come up automatically once you are ready for payment.

If you need Expedited Shipping, it is available via FedEx Guaranteed Overnight for $45 and 2-day for $25 additional charge. Please contact us so that additional amount can either be added to your Invoice. Please calculate the courier transit time keeping the Extended Handling time (if applicable) mentioned in the Listing in mind.

Delivery Time

While most of our Items have a shipping out time of 1 business day, some of them have extended handling times. This is in case of Items which are Custom made and/or require procurement of rare raw materials. PLEASE READ THE DATE OF DELIVERY MENTIONED IN THE LISTING. If you need the Item by a certain date, please contact us BEFORE purchase so that we can let you know if it is possible or not.

Once the Item has been shipped, you will get an email with Shipping and Tracking Notification. Please also be advised that due to our fulfillment centers being located in diverse locations, carrier scan may not be available for some packages before 48-72 hours. Rest assured that we take our responsibility of having the Item that you have paid for, delivered to you in the quickest way possible. Typically once you obtain a Carrier Scan on the Tracking, delivery within the Continental USA is a 2-5 business day. Internationally it may take 5-7 business days sometimes more as it is dependent on that country’s mail system.

Duties, Taxes & any other Country specific charges for International Orders are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
