Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All items are fully refundable and exchangeable within 30 days of purchase. Fine Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. All returns must be received within 30-days from date of purchase; otherwise they will not be accepted.

Please include order number and reason for returning the item. Once the e-mail has been received, customer service will send further instructions on how and where to ship the item. After receiving and inspecting the merchandise, we will reimburse your original form of payment through eBay for the purchase price less original shipping.

Ring Size Guide

We stock our rings in US sizes 5 through 8, including half sizes. You can send us a note with your order requesting a specific ring size. If it is outside of this size range, we may not be able to accommodate your request for an additional charge.
