Payment :

· We accept payment via Paypal only.

· Payment must be made within 3 days of auction/ transaction closing.

· (Non-payment may result in a UPI (Unpaid Item) being put on your account. eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 5 UPI's total.)

· Total amount due includes the final auction price plus Postage AND Packaging.

· For postage outside the UK please contact us for a postage quote. 

· Please note: shipping costs for outside UK does not include duties,local taxes or any other importation fees.

· Please list your special requests (Colour, Type, Change of address etc.) in the eBay notes section when you make payment.

Postage :

· Orders processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification.

· We only ship to confirmed EBAY addresses. 

· SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

· If you have not received your item(s) within 10 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the parcel and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

· Delivery Time: should be 1-2 working days by Royal Mail 2nd class. 

We do combine postage costs when multiple items are purchased.

You will pay the highest priced postage for the first item (which will be due to weight and Royal Mail cost ) and then 75p per item in addition To the first. 

We will send an invoice with the combined postage amount so only send payment when you receive our combined postage invoice as eBay send out an automatic invoice for the full amount.

Returns :

· We offer 30 days no-hassle refund policy.

· All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the postage tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID.

· if your item is defective due to manufacturing problem, please provide us the photo as evidence, we will contact you for refund or replacement after confirming.

· If you want to return the item for a refund or replacement You need to pay the return postage.
