Order Delays
You the customer must contact us at within 5 working days if your parcel has not been received within the allocated shipping time for your destination. If you do not and the parcel is returned to us you will be required to pay for a second shipping charge at full cost (we subsidise most shipping zones for internet orders). If you elect for a refund or if we are unable to get hold of you after the parcel has been returned within 48hours you will be refunded the cost of the order minus any shipping charges plus a transaction fee of $2.00. If you contact us after the 5 working days to let us know your parcel has not arrived we will place audits with the relevant courier/delivery service which may take up to 10 days to complete. If after the audit has been completed it is determined that the courier service is at fault for the lost parcel you will be fully compensated.
Order Damages/Mistakes
Should something go wrong with your delivery such as incorrect goods sent, damage of product during transport etc, we are more than happy to replace your product at no additional cost to you the customer (provided the product has been un-opened by you). We do however require any claim to be made within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
Correct Postal Address
If your parcel is not received due to the fact that incorrect address details have been provided by you the customer, we at will take no responsibility for this. Please make sure ALL details are correct and present such as company name (if applicable), correct street address spelling, correct Suburb (City) and Post Code. If a parcel is delivered to an address due to incorrect details being provided by you the customer and that parcel is not able to be retrieved then there is no recourse of action that will be taken by you.

We will process your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are printed daily and then often posted on the same day.
We endeavour to keep all items in stock, however due to the large number of lines that we do carry, there may be occasional out of stock situations. If any products ordered are not available at the time of the order, the unavailable item may be backordered, or for extended unavailability a Customer Service Representative will email you and offer the following options:
1: Substitution of product for alternate size, flavour or brand.
2: Hold back order until item chosen is available.
3: Refund your payment for the unavailable item.
If part of your order is required to be placed on back order due to long term unavailability, will ship the available portion of the order as per the original request. Products that are placed on back order will be shipped to the customer with no additional postage charge.
Most products are send out via Australia Post and sometimes couriers for business addresses.
Delivery is subject to normal Australia Post Delivery times and varies depending on the service you choose:
Express Post - 1-2 days for delivery (depending if you are in the express post zone).
Normal Post - 2-5 working days for delivery.
Delivery delays may be incurred due to public holidays or industrial action experienced by Australia Post. While will always endeavor to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, these delays may be beyond our control.
