We go to great measures to take care of our customers and offer free returns for items that do not meet your expectations. To insure the integrity of the return process, we stamp each dual screen case with a small Busted Crates logo in metallic silver ink. This logo will not be visible once your phone is placed in the case. All returned items must have this logo stamped on the case to qualify for refunds. All returned Dual Screen Cases are opened in the presence of our Postmaster and/or Carrier to verify authentic returns.

Phone Case Return Policy:
We honor eBay’s return policy. If you are not satisfied with the case in any we will provide a full refund as long as we receive the item in the condition it was received. Please take care when removing the phone from the box. If the box is damaged when opening this will significantly decrease the value of the item resulting in a partial refund. Please cut the seal carefully to remove the case without damaging the box. Thank you.

Warranty Disclosure
We find creative ways to acquire great deals. Because of this, our products don’t normally come with a manufacturer’s warranty. No worries, we’ve got you covered for 30 days and will gladly refund your money through eBay if the item doesn’t work.
Shipping
We are available to ship your items within 24 hours. We ship USPS only and carry all orders to the US Post Office every morning Monday through Saturday. Orders received after shipping is completed on Saturday Morning will ship first thing Monday morning. You will receive a tracking number from eBay once we print your shipping label. In order to take advantage of eBay’s seller protection program we can only ship items to an address that has been listed by you and approved by eBay at the time of the purchase.
