This is a Knorr Bremse Pneumatic Air Control Valve removed from our 2008 Mercedes Atego.
Swapped out as trying to resolve a problem but this wasn't the issue.
The part number for this is AC285B 14484 / 7574.

This item was checked before removal and deemed in good working order.
