We are happy to cover all return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items, as long as they are reported within 3 days after the item has been delivered.

We can not accept returns if the item is not it the original packaging or if it has been used.
All orders dispatched within 24 hours Monday - Friday. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded for all standard deliveries. Delivery times can vary, depending on what delivery method you have selected.
Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery excluding weekends) is also available on orders placed before 1pm for an additional charge of £4.49
