Please be aware that this has been made on natural wood. Each and every product is original and different. Some have character or flaws depending on your view. Each piece is made to order and will differ in colour to the one shown in the photos. Due to the nature of a laser cutter to create the designs, there can be 'burnt' edges on cut side. We do sand down each product before it leaves us to give a clean finish.

  • Your message will be engraved EXACTLY AS YOU SEND IT so please, take care and double check your message before sending it to us. We cannot be held responsible for your spelling mistakes or typing errors.
  • The only part that is personalised is the name, everything else will be as shown in the pictures.
  • To ensure your order will be completed within the time scale provided, please make sure that your message falls within the specification above. If not, this will delay your order while we try to amend the details given.
  • If we do not receive your engraved message, we will send you a message. If we receive no response within 24hrs we will send unpersonalised and with Merry Christmas where 'From Esmé' is.

Colours may differ slightly on each individual screen, please take this into consideration when you receive your order.

Returns postage is to be payable by you, the customer. If the item you have ordered is not personalised and you wish to return it, you can do within 14 days. postage payable by you, the customer.
