We usually process all shipments within one business day via Transdirect which is faster than Auspost and choose the fastest courier. Shipments usually receive same day in Victoria, 2nd day in NSW, 3rd day in Queensland or South Australia or 2-3 days to Western Australia.

1) Some rural areas in these states might take 1-2 days more OR casual delays may occur.
2) Please refer to the shipping description of each item, some items might have different shipment schedules as above.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and all payment methods described in each listing.

We accept returns and reimburse the full cost once Buyer resends within 30 days of purchase, provided that nothing is damaged, missed or faulty in the same provided package (at Buyer shipping cost).

If the Buyer received item is damaged or faulty, we will replace the affected part or the whole item depends on each case (at our shipping cost), Buyer has to advise within 7days of receiving that the item has some issue.

If Buyer is replacing item or part of the item due to the reason they do not like the design then Buyer will pay the shipping cost for replacement.
