Everything is included in the 2nd photo. The card is in fair condition but is include. The ball comes with the Steiner holographic sticker on the back but no other COA is included. The ball is slightly deflated but I squeezed it (carefully) and it holds air. No damage to the ball and looks almost new. Box is in very good condition with a little wear but no damage.
