Return Policy

*We offer full return if the part is defective.

*10 days return policy.

*To initiate a return, buyer must contact seller in a message through eBay messaging.

* All our parts will come with security seal and other prevention so that we will find out if our parts were opened for any reason. If seen, we won’t accept the return request.

-If item is damaged during a return because of packaging tere will be a fee depending on damage.

Returns that are requested as to a customer simply ordering an incorrect part on their behalf in some cases will be accepted however return shipping of the item will be at the cost and responsibility of the buyer. The original shipping cost will also be deducted from return price as well as a 25% restocking/relisting fee.

With this being said please be aware of what you are purchasing and AGAIN ask all questions prior to purchasing.

• Failure to verify compliance is not a good reason to return.

Please note that we work with used auto parts that may have some wear and tear due to normal use, scratches, surface imperfections, scuffs, dust, dirt/oxidized surface/some rust on the back/oil residue.

-All electric parts have been tested and work well. 

-Parts are marked in case of return to ensure all original parts are on the item and to ensure the item was not tampered with or swap. All returns violated the return Ebay policy wil be reported that may cause to block account and ban.

-we open all defective returns at the post office in the presence of witnesses to prevent fraud

-The compatibility chart is a reference, but the part number must match in order to work with your vehicle

-Hardware such as bolts and nuts may not be included unless specifically noted.
