Three high-energy dance routines choreographed and performed by Madonna's personal trainer. There's no verbal cuing; the idea is to just follow Nicole and "get lost in the movements." But it's doable since the patterns are simple eight-count sequences (and each segment is preceded by a step-by-step tutorial option).

The first section is the easiest; it combines basic step-touches with low jumping jacks and "criss-cross legs." The next part is mostly cha cha dance with lots of wide-ranging turns. The final segment is a challenging series of funked-up Electric Slide moves. Filmed on a gritty, industrial-style set.
