We offer a 30 day return on all items using the following criteria.

Change of mind returns are welcome however the following must be taken into consideration
Item to be returned UNOPENED in ORIGINAL packaging.
Our physical postage costs will be deducted from any refund
Any items returned damaged, soiled or in any condition preventing us from selling that item will not be eligible for a refund, any return postage costs will need to be paid prior to being re shipped
Items which are deemed to be damaged or not as per item description will have the option of a replacement part or full refund issued including YOUR postage costs.

We may, at our discretion, request photos of the damaged item or have the item to be returned to us prior to a replacement being sent.

Australia Post is our preferred mailing option.
We provide a tracking number through your eBay messages after the item is posted.
