Super Mario Bros. early Black Box and 5-Screw cartridge for original NES. Very nice non- REV-A box set, with original cart, manual and box! Cartridge is clean and nice, minor signs of use. Manual is nice, no writing or markings inside, all pages attached, small stain inside on back pages, and slight bend marks, no bent corners. White foam spacer in the bottom of the box, black cart sleeve. All photos of exact item buyer will receive, no NES console or TV included of course, only shown in the one photo to show this cartridge tested and working.
Original black retail box, top flap and one little inside flap are still attached, the other small inner flap is separated from the box but still included as shown.. Box has some tears, on the back and the bottom of box, and other wear as shown. This is an earlier version with round seal and no REV-A on box. This was the very first version of this game title box to no longer have the hang-tab on the back. Ready to play and display!
