Also the LED was changed from White to Blue.

Instructions are in the last picture, Although to enter and exit programming is seems like it's longer then 5 seconds, as it says in the instructions.

With the controller on and synced to a console.
1. Hold your finger on the backshell right under to the 3.5mm jack, for about 5 seconds, until you see a blue light.
2. Press and hold, lets say the "A" button and one of the back buttons at the same time until the blue light blinks.
3. Do the same with the other back button.
4. Both back buttons are now programmed. To get out of programming mode, do what you did in step one, the blue light will turn off instead.

If you try to program one of the back buttons lets say to "A" and it's already programed to "A" it will erase it and nothing will be programmed.
The back button are unstable in programming mode.
