Sorry, there is no other barcodes or UPC information on the box, or cooler.

IMPORTANT -- PLEASE READ:

I could not find the exact specs for this Heatsink/Fan, S2K-6FMCS-M4-GP.  

However, I did come across some information for a different model >> (the S2K-6FMCS-04-GP) the reference photos that I could find LOOK exactly the same between the *M4 and the *04,  The dimensions are identical.  They both have the copper base, the  copped stacked fins, that are wrapped in aluminum. Looks like the same fan...  the only difference I could find within the reference photos was that  the other *04 model did NOT have a protective grill over the fan blades.  

Our heatsink/fan *M4 does have this fan-blade protective cover.   I imagine that this is the main difference between them(?).

But, I am not 100% sure, so please do your own research if this may be a concern to you.   

I do not want to post the specs of the *04 here since it is a different  part number, but I have them if you want to see the information that I found, let me know and I can email them to you.  Also, if you have the specs for the *M4 model and wish to share them, or if you know where I can find them, please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it, so I can provide the exact and proper specs for all of you wonderful customers.  Thank you!     P.S. - I did scour the "Cooler Master" website, but did not find the specs there, which I thought was strange -- but I imagine that most companies only keep the newest product information on hand, and this is an older product.

Here is the physical description of the Heatsink-Air-Cooler/Fan,

the  S2K-6FMCS-M4-GP:

CPU Air Cooler and fan.  Made by "Cooler Master"

Application system: Socket-F  2U(up) & Workstation Server  --   Active Side Flow Solution

The cooler has a Solid COPPER base, with stacked copper fins that are wrapped in aluminum which has the logo of Cooler Master stamped into it.   The cooler dimensions are: 98 mm (long) x 74 mm (wide) x 63 mm (high).  These dimensions include the fan.   There is a 3.5 inch distance between the screw holes, center to center on the copper base.

The black fan is mounted to the cooler, and the fan also has the name of Cooler Master printed on it.  The dual ball bearing fan has seven blades. The blades have a protective metal grill covering them (see photos).   The dimension of the fan by itself is: 60 mm x 60 mm x 25 mm.

The fan has a FOUR (4) PIN connecter attached, with Blue, Yellow, Red and Black wires approximately 8"- 9"  long, coming from the right hand side as you are looking at it from the fan view.

This heatsink air-cooler/fan also comes with mounting hardware. (Screws, springs and washers are included).

There are NO instructions, paperwork, or mounting-grease in the box, only the cooler/fan and hardware set.
