El Galileo está diseñado e implementado con el objetivo de llevar el cebo a la máxima distancia posible, manteniendo una lo suficientemente apretado en fondo de arena y una cierta capacidad de elevación durante la recuperación, sin necesidad de usar innecesariamente por el monofilamento. Gracias a los talentos de "empuje" en el aire, obtenidos por medio de pruebas en el CX y el arreglo del centro de gravedad, la parábola de largo que Galileo puede ser mantenida durante el vuelo de Eunice en el mundo!
