We offer Free Shipping on most of our orders!
We dispatch orders received and paid for before 1pm on the same working day (weekends, public holidays and bank holidays are not considered as a working day). Orders placed after 1pm will normally be posted on the next working day.
Any order made on weekends, public holidays or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We normally ship by standard 2nd class Royal Mail delivery. However, buyers may choose to pay an additional amount for upgrading to a 1st class or Special Next Day delivery at the point of placing their order.
If you have not received your item within the specified time frame please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of the order date.
We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable.
Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns should include the buyer's name and address, eBay user name and order number or a copy of the invoice sent with the order, in order to assist us to complete the returns process smoothly.
Items must be returned in original and used condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact, in order to obtain a refund.
Unless the products received are incorrect or faulty, refunds will be issued, less the outgoing postage costs.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any orders. Unsuitable items will need to be returned for a refund and new orders should be placed for the required items.

All our listings contain the measurement guidelines for the listed product.
However, a 5-7% measurement variation is acceptable and is not considered a fault in the garment.

This is why we do not provide general size guides that cover all our products.
