NiMH rechargeable batteries are rated at 1.2 volt, which is lower than the 1.5 volt of alkaline batteries. In most devices this difference is not significant, especially if only 2 batteries are used, or for AA/AAA batteries. However where 4 or more batteries are used the voltage difference may become important. In our experience using 4 to 6 NiMH rechargeable batteries to replace single use alkaline batteries in a DAB Radio may be problematic, providing unsatisfactory performance.

To maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction we offer a simple, no fuss, 30 day returns policy. If you have changed your mind, or would like to exchange for a different product we are happy to help. Please contact us via email within 30 days of the purchase with the reason for the return and we will provide a Returns Authorisation Number. Returned items must be in the original, unused condition, complete with all parts, original packaging and the original invoice.
A full refund of the order total will be processed within 7 days of receipt; however, you are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Please contact our Customer Services team for more information.
All our products are brand new and covered by a standard 12 month manufacturer's warranty. If your item is faulty please contact our Customer Services team for assistance. We cannot accept any returns without a Returns Authorisation Number.
