The New Deps Slide Swimmer 250 is a magnum-sized bait developed specifically to target giant bass. Deps has perfected a completely new manufacturing method and concept for big baits. The composite body consists of a removable soft silicone skin that covers an ABS resin hollow-core body. The weights for the Slide Swimmer are recessed on the underside of the body that can easily be accessed and removed or changed for specific tuning. Internally, the New Slide Swimmer features a spring weighted system that emits a faint knocking sound and vibration when the bait is paused. The natural life-like gliding action of the Slide Swimmer 250 has huge drawing power and can produce strikes on a steady retrieve. When a steady retrieve doesn’t produce a strike, the angler can easily manipulate the bait by adjusting retrieves and using the rod to implement twitches or jerks to create a reaction bite.
