A cold cathode pulse X-ray tube was used for X-ray diffraction of fast processes and transmission of materials.

Datasheet on russian lang is on the item photo.

An electronic impulse X-ray tube without protection, with a round focus, with natural cooling of the anode, is designed for X-ray imaging of fast-flowing processes and transmission of materials.
The tube cathode is cold, the anode is tungsten needle.
The tube is operated in oil at pulsed voltage in single pulse modes.
The transmission ability of a single radiation pulse is not less than 15 mm of steel (at an anode voltage of about 250 kV at a distance from the tube focus to the film of 250 mm reverse X-rays with two amplifying screens UVD-P / 3).
The radiation dose of a single pulse, measured by the DK-0.2 dosimeter, at an anode voltage of about 250 kV at a distance of 150 mm from the tube focus to the dosimeter chamber (average value of 50 pulses) is not less than 14 mR.

Guaranteed durability - 7000 inclusions.

Durability criteria:

Translucency of a single pulse - not less than 15 mm of steel
Single pulse radiation dose - not less than 10 mr
Breaks between impulses - not less than 5 sec
Optical focus diameter - no more than 2 mm
The tube parameters are provided when using a pulse transformer as a power source with an amplitude of the first positive half-wave of the open circuit voltage of about 350 kV and a rise time of 1.5-2 μs.
Dimensions:
overall length - 225 mm
largest diameter - 70 mm
The greatest weight - 400 g
