SERVICE DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ IN FULL!
Coppell TV Repair LLC offers REPAIR SERVICE for LG YSUS board EBR73712701 / EAX64279701 as shown on the picture and used in a number of 60'' LG plasma TVs.

REPAIR SERVICE  means that you have to send your board for us to inspect, test, eventually service, test again and return back to you.

HOW DOES IT WORK

The listed price is for eBay fees, testing, eventually repairing and returning the board back to you, subject to the below board requirements.

An email with shipping instructions is automatically sent once you place an order on eBay.

You then package and send the board to us. You pay for the shipping to a carrier of your choice.

It usually takes 2-5 business days after board's arrival at our service center for it to move up to the top of the queue and get processed.

Once we open the box we test the board and act depending on what we find out.

If the board arrives in working order you will be contacted. We wait for your response or a period of time and then eventually return the board. When board(s) works we  charge testing fees ($20 for first board that we test and do NOT repair, $15 for each next we test and do NOT repair; testing fee waived on any board that ends up being repaired), the eBay/PayPal charges (transaction charges) and return S&H costs and issue refund for the reminding of the already paid amount. If the service was initiated at our site we just invoice for the amount due.

If the board is bad then we attempt to repair it.

If we succeed with repair we simply return the board back. Buyer receives tracking number.

If we fail to repair the board we contact the customer and usually end up cancelling the order and issue separate invoice for the return S&H cost.

(Since the final amount actually paid depends on whether the board is bad to begin with and on whether we are successful repairing it we have employed a practice of not charging upfront for service requests submitted through our website.

eBay does not provide means for such an option, but it is important to send documentation along with the board showing it was already paid for on eBay or we may simply treat it as sent through our site and send invoice after processing it.)

Please make sure your TV has the same board before proceeding with this service or contact us if yours is different to see if we offer repair service for it.

PROCESSING TIME

Typical turnaround time is 2-5 business days after receiving the board.

This is the time it takes for a package that was received to move up the queue and get opened.

Once we open the package we usually have about 1 hour to get the case resolved or we will likely end up losing money on it.

Sometimes, depending on situation, we may leave opened box and make another try on the next day.

Note that it is not guaranteed that the queue will take exactly 2 or 3 or 5 days to process. Sometimes - especially after long holidays - the queue can be longer and take longer to flush.

We do our best, but we have no efficient means of managing the work load on demand.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

All board serviced by us come with a standard 90 days warranty of parts and labor. Customer is responsible for return shipping and Coppell TV Repair LLC is responsible for shipping back to customer. Returned boards subject to exchange, service or refund, subject to availability and agreement by Coppell TV Repair and customer.
 
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BOARD SENT FOR REPAIR
The board(s) we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before.

The advertised flat rate for repair service is only valid when the above conditions are met.

Exceptions are possible and often applied for minor repair attempts, but we reserve the sole right to judge if and when we would consider a repair minor.

If we receive board(s) that fails the above conditions we will contact the sender and usually offer two options: 1) returning the board(s) for the sole cost of the return shipping; or 2) continuing the repair service at a higher cost in case of success.

It is also possible, depending on the condition of the board, to eliminate the second possibility and just flat our reject having to service the board.

Subject to situation and availability we may also recommend replacement of the board, again at the higher than advertised price for repair.

In all cases you will have the option to receive your own board(s) back for the sole cost of the return shipping.
