Proraso Refresh Beard Wash is a very gentle but effective cleanser for the beard, mustache, and skin. This low-foaming formula has a rich and creamy consistency with purifying and conditioning properties. Proraso Refresh Beard Wash is enriched with natural essential oils of eucalyptus, bergamot, and rosemary, which deliver long-lasting, refreshing, and very recognizable Proraso's signature scent.

Moisten the beard with warm water and massage the cleanser deep into the beard and skin then rinse it thoroughly. Proraso Refresh Beard Wash confers well-being and freshness, leaving a pleasant fragrance. 

Recommended twice a week.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We do offer free shipping on many of our items. If there is a shipping charge for selected products, it will be calculated based on the package's overall weight and the buyer's location. Once your order has been processed, and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as follows:

  • Orders placed Monday - Friday by 2:00 PM (CT) will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday by 8:00 AM (CT) will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Federal Holidays will ship the next business day by 2:00 PM (CT)

We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS to deliver our orders and provide Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving date. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to your credit. 

A refund will be given as Money Back. 

The product must be received in new, unused condition. To begin your return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided. 

For sanitary health concerns, we cannot accept the returns of products that have been used or opened.

Damaged Shipments:

If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Please note that you will be provided with a printable return label and will not be charged a restocking fee.

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
