Japanese prepaid QUO Card, featuring a happy family of penguins! Not sure what (if anything) this card is 'advertising', the text at the bottom has JCCIC within, which Google tells me is Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chennai, created to promote industry between Japan and India. This might be a different JCCIC, perhaps. It's a nice card anyway.
Card is likely from the mid-late 1990s, and is used.
QUO cards are used widely in Japan to this day, preloaded with credit to spend on anything - shopping, travel, dining out, etc. They are very popular with collectors for their cheerful printed pictures!
QUO card is used, with some tiny marks / wear, and holes from use. Measures 8.5cm x 5.5cm. Perfect collection / display item - these are really difficult to find! Please take a look at photos, and if you have any questions, just ask!

POSTAGE INFORMATION
If you win more than one of my auctions or buy-it-nows, I usually post all the games together. European / other International customers - postage costs should be provided, but if you're not sure, feel free to ask. I can always combine postage costs - for multiple items paid for within a single transaction - from as little as £1 per additional item! (Large items will be more, unboxed games, figures or pin badges will be a lot less.) If combined shipping doesn't work at checkout, please do not pay before I have sent you an invoice for the total amount as I won't be able to combine shipping on separate transactions (if the items require immediate payment please ask - I'll help)!
PACKAGING
I *always* pack my items carefully, with plenty of padding (and cardboard boxes for large / fragile items) to ensure they will reach you undamaged. I collect retro games myself, and understand the importance of this - I will never send a parcel that I wouldn't be happy to receive!
DISPATCH TIME
99% of the time I dispatch items no later than 5 working days* after payment has cleared, and you will receive eBay notifications when your parcel is on its way, along with any tracking information. Should dispatch be delayed for any reason, I will message you as soon as possible to let you know.
* Working days are Monday-Friday, and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and all UK Bank Holidays. Items will also be subject to delay in the event of Postal strikes or ISP difficulties, and may also be held up by public transport delays or cancellations.
