1、The driver must be installed first, then plug the wifi adapter into your PC.(There are detailed steps in the Installation Guide. Please read them carefully)
When using wifi adapter for your laptop, please turn off the built-in Wi-Fi if your laptop has built-in Wi-Fi.
2、The PC back USB port’s compatibility and connection stability are better than the front USB port. So we suggest you insert it on back USB port of your PC.
3、You must have a dual band WiFi router with 5G band if you want to have a 5G signal.
4、The adapter's max. speed up to 867Mbps just works when you connect to 5G band, otherwise, it will just run at the max. speed of 400Mbps with 2.4G.
( Note: Normally, your PC's network speed can't up to the wifi adapter's speed as it depends on many factors, Such as the network size，router, barriers, laptop or PC 's internal memory... )
5、 This WiFi adapter will not boost the speed of original router, it just transmit the wifi signal.
