Quality Assurance

- All listed games and consoles are tested and work perfectly.

Condition ranking:

- A: Mint or near-mint condition. Item is like new, or extremely close. 
- B: Very good condition. Item has only minor flaws. 
- C: Good condition. Item has apparent flaws, but is in good shape overall. 
- D: Decent condition. Item has significant flaws.
- E: Poor condition. Item is majorly damaged.

Shipping

- All items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.
- We do combine shipping for multiple items. 

Transit time:

- Canada: 1 to 7 business days
- United States: 4 to 8 business days
- Other countries: 1 to 3 weeks

- International orders can sometimes be delayed in customs, or by other factors such as ongoing holidays. Certain countries (Brazil, Italy, Russia, etc.) also take longer to process parcels and deliver them. In those cases, the transit time can take a few days longer than expected.
