This is a promotional CD of photograph folders showing work-in-progress photos of restorations carried out by GM6 Spares Co on Opel Monzas, Senator A, Senator B, Carlton, Lotus Carlton, plus assorted Word documents describing where to look for rust on your Senator B, etc.
It was originally free or very cheap but the included Monza/Senator A parts catalogue is worth the asking price alone, also it includes postage which is no longer as cheap as it was a few years ago. Then deduct 12.5% ebay and PayPal fees and I am sending these out at a loss. So as of Feb 2017 I've increased the price.
The photos cover every stage from rustbucket to show winner. Be warned, there are a LOT of photos of rusty bodywork and repairs in progress. Not for the faint-hearted. Also included are photos of the mechanical, interior furnishings and electrical work, including Monza 24v conversion. There are no annotations to the photos so you may find many of them hard to place on the car.
There are many hundreds of photos, possibly thousands -I haven't counted. However photos of complete gleaming cars are in the minority; this is for the enthusiast who wants to know more about how the cars are put together and restored to a high standard. Sadly we no longer carry out full restorations and restrict ourselves to general repairs, troubleshooting etc and selling used parts.
This CD is a work-in-progress in itself, and will evolve over time as I add more and more stuff to it of interest to owners of these cars. It might even turn into a CD magazine, issued monthly (I was the Editor of the now disbanded Royale Monza Owners Club and edited the monthly magazine for three years).
The photos were originally taken for the benefit of the owners of the cars depicted, so that is why they run into many, many hundreds; every stage of the work was recorded so that they would know exactly what was done to their car. Now they can be used to help other enthusiasts understand their car better, although in truth after an hour's browsing you may find it a bit tedious staring at dripping rust....
Included for Monza and Senator A owners is a complete parts catalogue transcribed from the original dealer microfiche. Note that editing this project was never finished and although all the parts sections are there you may find it a bit confusing navigating the various folders and interpreting them ... but just email me for Help. It is invaluable to owners looking for new parts because having the correct part number is crucial to success in tracking them down.

Which side is which?Offside and nearside are confusing to many; the car manufacturers use Left and Right to avoid confusion. L/H and R/H sides of the car are seen as you sit in it, i.e L/H is passenger/nearside (in UK) and R/H is driver/offside. Vauxhall/Opel parts are often marked R or L to avoid confusion
