Ty beanie baby Scaly the monitor lizard is in new condition, a 7th generation Baby with a no loop tush tag, and great eyes! Scaly is in new, absolutely clean, mint condition, part of the 1999 Babies release, a 7th generation baby based on the tush tag hologram design. This Scaly has a rare tush tag that does not loop which began toward the end of the 7th generation. The information is still all there printed on front and back of the tush tag. Most of the 7th generation tags were of the loop style.
Best of all, Scaly is in mint condition - never played with, never displayed outside of a special plastic container, stored with great care in dry conditions, never exposed to direct sunlight, smoke, pets, kids play or dust, no damage, clean... new! My collection has always been at my home in a clean, climate controlled room, not a storage facility.
