Shipping
Same Day Shipping: Item will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours of your order as long as the post office is open. Please be mindful of holidays and weekends.
Shipping Price: Package will ship via USPS First Class with tracking. The discounted flat rate of $3.99 for the first item is almost $1 less than the lowest USPS counter price for a first class parcel (package). For each additional balloon, the shipping will be $0.15 (15 cents).
Combined Shipping: I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items purchased in the same payment transaction. Use the "Add to Cart" feature in any of my listings and when finished, click "check out" to get combined shipping
