Item is new and sealed. If you have any questions, ask before making the purchase, as all sales are final. Full payment must be received within 3 days of listings end. All my items are personally inspected and tested (when able) by me and I take great pride in making sure all my auctions end with satisfaction from both sides involved, so if there is an issue with one of my items, PLEASE allow me the chance to make it right before getting upset.
