The S100 has had many incarnations over the years and is still massively popular. Why mess with a good thing! If you still love it, we’ll keep making it!

For the new season we have updated the colour scheme by changing the Hot Zone Braided strings to Black and the frame is naked graphite with splashes of white in the shaft, a white grip and white stencil. The racket is finished with red and white decals for a little splash of colour.

To Keep the weight to a minimum the Karakal S-100ff has a painted shaft and naked graphite in the head it comes with a straightened frame profile to improve power and increase the size of the sweet spot and with its superlight frame is fast through the air. It comes fitted with our Hot Zone Braided string as standard adding more power to the frame without sacrificing feel and durability.

Constructed using Nexgen Fast Fibre Graphite which allows the frame to return to shape 15% faster after a ball strike resulting in more power for less effort, and dramatically improves playability.

With the environment in mind all our new top end rackets now come with a Full Bag Eco Cover, made with soft Eco fleece material, which is 100% recyclable.

Warranty

All tennis racquets purchased from Tennis Direct Australia come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any problems with your racquet please return it to our store along with your invoice (postage if applicable is at your own cost). We will show it to the manufacturer and let you know the outcome of your warranty assessment as soon as possible (generally this process takes a week).

Please be aware that we cannot provide replacement racquets without approval from the manufacturer. If your racquet is discontinued we will provide you with a suitable replacement model. Warranty is only on manufacturer faults, not misuse.

Returns

If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, store credit or refund. Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in its original condition.

Warranty Claims:

Warrantable Items. A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This is often the case in brand-name electrical items, mobile phones, computers and IT products.

Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer, please contact them immediately and follow their Returns Policy and Instructions. If you require any assistance or contact details please feel free to contact us.

Products damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

If you receive a product that you think is defective, you are to immediately contact our Customer Service Team who may provisionally determine whether the product is defective. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a defective product.

For a credit to be issued, the item must be returned to us in its original condition - undamaged, including the outer packaging. Once the item is returned and assessed, we will provide you with a credit on your Tennis Direct Australia account for the product amount only (excludes delivery).

If the product is deemed by customer service/supplier NOT to be defective, we may, in our absolute discretion, refuse to replace the product or offer a refund.

How to request a return for defective or DOA items

Please contact us as soon as the problem arises stating your order number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem. Our Customer Sales Team will then issue a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and provide you with a return address. Please feature the RA# prominently on the outer packaging when you send it back to us.

Please do not write the number on the item packaging itself. The RA# is valid for 14 days so please return the item immediately.

Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our DOA or defective items criteria, we will provide you with a credit to your account, a replacement product or a full refund to your original method of payment. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item and advise you of the outcome.

No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the ordered products, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

All orders will be delivered using Australia Post eParcel service.

Your order will be delivered to your address and require a signature upon receipt. Please be sure to add all Unit/Flat and Business names as appropriate for your order. If no one will be home during business hours, we suggest that you provide a work address for delivery, as Australia Post will not leave parcels unattended. A delivery card will be left listing which nearby Australia Post outlet the parcel can be collected in person if you are not home at the time of delivery.

We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible with over 93 percent of orders picked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post working hours and vary depending on where you live.

As a guide, average delivery times are listed below for each state:

  • 3 working days - Victoria
  • 5 working days - New South Wales, ACT, Tasmania, South Australia & Queensland
  • 7 working days - Western Australia & Northern Territory

It is important to note that orders can only be dispatched Monday to Friday.

Please allow 2 working days for order processing before dispatch of your order.

For all orders your tracking number will be uploaded to eBay so you can track it.  You can view the tracking number from the Purchases dashboard of your eBay account and can track it on Australia Post’s website.
