New 2 LP Sealed Vinyl. This is the third and last live album by the Argentine rock band Seru Giran, recorded at the Teatro Coliseo in Buenos Aires, on December 26, 1981. The double album was released in 2000 and is a raw two-channel console recording without any studio retouching.
This cycle of three Christmas concerts was considered the high point of the band's live performances, and this recording captures its excellence and freshness with impeccable sound quality. As it is a stereo record taken directly from the console, it does not contain any subsequent re-recording. Technically it is the band's third live album, but it was recorded before the others.
The audio is remastered under the supervision of Pedro Aznar. The cover art will be directed by Charly Garcia and includes unpublished material from the archives of professional photographers and from the personal archives of the musicians, as well as notes written by the latter as a prologue.
