The Region

The Area of the olive trees is situated on a hillside at an altitude of 334 metres, 
where the Erymanthos and Panachaiko mountains meet below it stretches the golden-green Chalandritsa valley. 
This region’s strategic position with the unique climate and endless view is the reason why it has been continually
settled from Mycenaean times down to the present day.

Cold extracting its juice in our state of the art olive mill to produce the most flavorful olive oil.

1) Restricted the maximum holding period for the olive fruit to 8 hours between picking and olive oil production.

2) Scholastically remove all foreign matter from the fruit in order to avoid creating organoleptic defects. 

3) Ensure that the fruit is washed well with potable running water. The mechanical equipment is all stainless steel. 

4) Maintain a temperature below 29 degrees during all the production stages. 

5) Restrict the kneading period to 30 minutes in the sealed type kneaders.

6)Finally, following an organoleptic evaluation, we only standardize the extra 
virgin olive oil that represents the name of the brand in Greece and abroad.
