It should be clear in being from a 'blind box', i.e. sealed packaging / chance find, but this is a "new opened" item. It was only removed from the foil pouch to confirm the identity of the figure, and remains otherwise unused and in new form. This is of course common practice with blind/sealed pouches. Foil bag and box will be included.
