We are offering for Sale, Genuine Brand New Fishing Camping & Homebrew retail Products.

We are firstly a bricks and Mortar Shop as well as an E-Bay seller Based in Queensland Australia. We do not sell any imitation Goods. All of our Goods are bought directly from a reputable manufacturer or distributor therefore any manufacturers warranties were applicable are passed onto you when you buy one of our Items.

It is our Vision to make each purchase an easy and pleasant experience.  Please feel free to contact us if you have a question or query about any of our products prior to and/or after you make a Purchase.

All of our items will be packaged appropriately and sent to you within 5 days of Payment. Our aim is to ship items to you by the next business day.

 Customer service and customer satisfaction is extremely importance to us. 

PAYMENT

We accept Paypal and Bank Deposit. If you wish to use another form of payment please contact ME & O’L MATE as we will help wherever possible. Full and Final Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase or winning bid. Please keep communication open and frequent if a problem does arise with payment.

POSTAGE/DELIVERY

All items will be dispatched within 3-4 working days of full payment received., via Australia Post, unless requested and excepted otherwise.

Express/registered postage can be requested and your invoice postage charge will be amended accordingly, with your confirmation.

Please advise if you wish for your item to be sent to another address, if for a gift you may send an email inquiring about gift wrapping and gift card options.

We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases, within our Store.

Once you have purchased your items, but Prior to Payment please request to combine the postage and I will adjust the postage on the invoice for you to pay and email back to you.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Please contact me to obtain postage quotations for the item you wish to purchase. Options are Sea Mail, Air Mail, Prepaid International Express post and prepaid International Express Courier. The latter two are recommended as they have a tracking system attached. I will give you the tracking number once posted. Postage varies depending on item, quantity and country.

Payment for International buyers, must be via Paypal

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are excepted for faulty items, or items not as described. First option being to replace the return item with a no faulty item or item as described, if this is not possible a refund for the item will be provided either via paypal or bank deposit. No refund will be given for change of mind or incorrect size. If you are unsure about an item, please contact me for clarification. Returns must be made within 7 days.
