If your Car Charger should develop a fault within the warranty period, just click here and follow the link to the online form to report a faulty AC Adapter. We'll then get back to you with an RA number and details of how to return the adapter. Once we receive the item back we'll send you a new one.

If the item is within 28 days of purchase, if you prefer you may ask for a refund. You just need to select the refund box when filling out the online form.

Our compatability lists are very accurate but occassionally we do find an odd mistake that needs to be rectified.
