Antique framed and matted picture by photographer, Axel Lindahl
Photograph is in black and white measures 7" x 9"
Measurements including frame 12" x 10-1/2"
Black wood frame with gilt highlights.  Matting is black with gilt writing describing the picture as well as scroll work in each of the corners.
Added bonus in a photograph from 1999, attached to the back under glass showing the same location in Oslo Norway and how it has and has not changed.

Note: 
Axel Theodor Lindahl (1842-1906) was a Swedish photographer notable for his early photography of Norwegian landscapes. Unlike many of his contemporary photographers who emphasized the dramatic nature of Norwegian landscapes, Lindahl sought in his composition the harmonious aesthetic of his subject matter. He did is work in Norway from 1875-1896.
