Pre-Wired Bagger Bar Kit!

With the 2008-2013 Harley-Davidson Touring Bikes, the ability to purchase “Prewired” bars is generally quite costly. The wiring for your OEM switches are hardwired into your controls, which does not allow for the same solution that is available with the 2014-2021 touring models. With this in mind we set out to come up with a solution that is far less difficult, and time consuming, than it would be removing, extending and running wires through your new bars from scratch. With our solution your are able to utilize your own stock switches with our “Prewired” bars. We provide your Brand New bars Prewired with our control wiring Harnesses as well as our "Solder Seal" pre-soldered/heat shrink connectors. You simply cut your existing control wire harnesses, strip a small portion, place them into our "Solder Seal" connectors and Heat them up! The heat liquefies the solder as well as protects the connection with it's own "Heat Shrink" all in a single step! eliminating a significant portion of the process of wiring your new bars! It took a bit of time to come up with the process, but we were determined to make installing Your New Bars much easier than what has traditionally been available in the past. Finally a solution that is easier on the wallet as well as the sanity!!

ABS Configuration Includes A Replacement Extended Length Clutch Cable and an Extended Length Upper ABS Brake Line(Stock Lower Front Brake Lines will Remain Installed as They do not Need to be changed with Taller Bars)
Non ABS Configuration Includes A Replacement Extended Length Clutch Cable and a Complete "Ready to Install" Front Brake Assembly (1 Upper Front Line and 2 Lower Front Lines)
Comes Pre-wired with Handlebar Switch Wiring Allowing You to use Your Original Stock Control Switches (Does not come with new control switches)
Comes Pre-Wired with a 2008-2013 Stock "Plug n Play" Twist Grip Sensor "TBW" harness Allowing You to use Your Original Stock Twist Grip Sensor (Does not come with a new twist grip sensor)

Handlebar Description:

Our bars are carefully designed to provide natural, relaxed grip angles combined with optimal pullback comfort. We have engineered them to be direct bolt-on replacements for stock equipment. No slag inside the bar tubes makes installation easy. Laser cut, fully TIG welded, beveled & de-burred for internal wire pulling, and polished to a show their quality finish!

All of our Handlebars are hand-made employing a multi-step manufacturing process using the finest materials. Tube diameter is 1.25” stepped down to 1” for stock/conventional controls. Both grips have 0.5” x 2” slots laser cut for internal wiring. The throttle side is honed out and notched for fly by wire. Laser cut tubing yields the smoothest corners with no slag for easy wiring. The Knurled Center for non-slip grip on our handlebars is engineered to be a direct custom replacement for stock equipment.

Wiring Description:

For Our Electrical Switch Wire Harnesses We Use Special Purpose Automotive Wire that is Insulated with Chemically Cross-Line Polyethylene, Making it resistant to moisture, most solvents, and Gives it the Ability to Withstand Extreme Temperatures. These Features Make Our Wire Ideal for Engine Compartment Applications Where Higher Heat Resistance is Required.

Note: Our Pre-wired Bars will be "made to order". We will require a 1-2 day processing time, all orders will ship the following business day.

These bars are not limited to the Street Glide Model Only. They will fit most, if not all of the "Batwing" fairing models. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask
