Postage: We ship items usually the same day of purchase, your delivery time will depend on the service used. For a guaranteed next day service please use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man may experience a short delay due to remote locations, sometimes next day delivery is not possible. We can not give next day delivery by courier for Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.

Returns: We are sure that you will love your purchase however: If you wish to return your purchase because you have changed your mind please return it to us within 30 days in a un-used and resalable condition. We will refund you the item price less P&P charges, you are responsible for the return postage charges. If we make an error, we will refund your item price in full and also the P&P but please get in touch with us before you return the items or leave any feedback.

There is a reason for this, they are DOA, become faulty quickly and are sometimes dangerous. Where we import directly from china we have compliance certificates ensuring that the components are genuine. It means we can not be as cheap as some counterfeit items are, but you can be assured you will be getting a genuine product.
