Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our warehouse based in Clayton, Melbourne. We will send you a Ready for Collection email and text message (if mobile number provided on the order) when your order is ready. Service opens on weekdays between 11am to 4pm.To avoid disappointment, please wait until you have received an email / text confirming your order is available to collect.

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt, simply contact us for return details.

All our items or Products come with a thirty (30) day refund guarantee in addition to your statutory rights. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with any Product delivered to you, you may, within thirty (30) days of item purchase being delivered, return the Product in the original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit, with all tags and stickers still attached and with original condition. You may need to afford shipping postage.
