We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery to all of our customers. There is a surcharge when using Parcelforce to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands. These surcharges are non-negotiable, as we pass on the exact delivery cost to our customers. These surcharges are charged per box; so if you order multiple items requiring multiple boxes, the surcharge applies for each box.

We use Parcelforce and Royal Mail for UK deliveries and GLS for European deliveries. Which service is used depends upon the size, value & weight of the item you have purchased. We also use pallet delivery services if you order a large quantity, or items that are very large. If you have any queries regarding which service will be used, please don't hesitate to ask.

SAMEDAY DISPATCH!! If you place your order and we receive cleared payment before 1PM BST, we will normally* dispatch on the same day. *this depends on the number of orders we are receiving, so we cannot guarantee this.

If your order has not arrived within the delivery times stated, please contact us as soon as possible so we can contact our delivery companies and get the issue resolved.

If you are located in a country we do not currently offer a fixed price delivery service to, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can attain a quote from our network of suppliers.

We offer 30 day returns.

Our preferred payment method is PayPal. We are also able to accept bank transfer (BACS) or credit/debit card payments.

For international payments we are able to remove VAT but you must contact us prior to completing the transaction. No amendments can be made to any invoices once a transaction has been processed for dispatch.
