Chelsey's Closet was established in 2006 as a way to empty our daughters overflowing closet. Since then we have moved on to selling department store brands and designer clothing. We believe that everyone deserves to look and feel fabulous at affordable prices. We are a family run business. Our daughter, Chelsey who was then 3 when our Ebay business was started, is now 16 years old. Chelsey is now our photographer, and helps to list items which do not have accurate stock photos. Our son is our shipping and receiving coordinator. After taking a break from online selling for a couple years, we now are going to ramp our store up to be a full time family business again. One kid in college, and a second one soon!

 

We are huge animal lovers! 10% of most purchases is donated to a local charity, where we specifically mandate that the monies are used to care for animals at a no-kill shelter. The money is also allowed to be used to help feed pets for those in need, specifically those who may be relying on a non-profit food pantry for meals. Those pantries do not always have pet food available. We learned of a shocking statistic, that a lot of pets are given to shelters because their owners did not have enough to eat and were struggling to make ends meet. Cats and dogs who were in their home for 5 or 10 years, and then given to a shelter. We are very committed to helping provide food and veterinary services for those animals in need, and by extension those who may need a little extra help to prevent their loved pets from being placed at a shelter. The charity is Father John's Animal House.

 

Everything we sell is triple inspected, and sealed individually and stored in sealed plastic bins in our climate controlled vented facility. Nothing you receive from us will ever have a pet or cigarette smell. We strive to make sure that our customers get items that are totally free from defects (except if specifically noted and discounted in the description). Of course we are not perfect, and if we missed something just let us know.....WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! We promise your total satisfaction by always providing a large selection of name brand items from various department stores, at an affordable price.

We gladly accept payment via Paypal, with all payment methods they accept. Please pay immediately upon checking out or winning your items. This will allow us to ship more quickly!

  • In most cases, items are shipped the same business day or within 24 hours of the time payment is received.
  • All items which are under 1 pound are shipped via USPS first class mail.
  • Items over 1 pound will be shipped via USPS retail parcel post or Priority.
  • We are happy to combine multiple items onto one order/shipping label. This allows us to upgrade you to priority shipping without added charge.
  • If you require expedited shipping and are only going to purchase one item, please contact us before placing your order.  Upgraded shipping is available for an additional cost.
  • Free shipping is offered only within the United States. Additional charges apply for shipping outside of the US.
  • All of our items are shipped with a tracking number. All shipping times and dates shown on the order screen by Ebay are approximate. Please check tracking information for the exact travel and transit times.
  • We reserve the right to cancel international shipments to locations which do not have package tracking available.
  • We ship every day except for national holidays and Sundays, as the USPS is closed.  All items will labeled and packed on those days, and shipped out on the next USPS business day.

We offer a 30 day, hassle free return policy. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund less the what it cost for us to ship the item to you. We accept returns of unused, unworn items in the same condition we shipped it, including tags, original packaging, and our store specific hidden markings. If there is any signs of wear, heavy perfumes, or smoke the items will be mailed back to you and return will not be accepted. Contact us for all return requests. Buyer is responsible to ship the item back to us, and pay for the return shipping.  Per Ebay policy a tracking number must be entered once shipped. Once received in original unused and unworn condition, we will refund the purchase price less our cost to ship the item to you.
