- Shipping will be with Australia Post or Courier.
- We offer combine shipping, just request a total invoice at the check out for multiple item purchases, before making any payment, or contact us.
- All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.
- Any package that returned to us because a wrong or undeliverable address that provided by the buyer, buyer is responsible for re-shipping fee.
- Local pick-up is available, all items on our eBay store are available to pick up at our warehouse: 37 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW 2165. (picking hours: Mon-Fri 9.30am - 4.30pm).
- If you are opting for Local Pick-up please contact us and bring the copy of your eBay receipt.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
- No return will be acceptable over 30 days after package has been delivered.
- If you are not happy with your purchases or purchased the wrong item, simply return it in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of sale & we will give you a full refund. Unfortunately shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
- If buyer received incorrect item to what have purchased, please get in contact with us we will check it and send your item asap. We would be responsible for the returning incorrect item shipping charge and the re-shipping the correct item charge.
