Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. We use Royal Mail for most products. Bulkier products will be sent with APC Swift or if the product is over 30kg it will be sent on a pallet.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged during delivery please contact us ASAP to make a claim. Our claim process is very simple and hassle-free. We will do our best to help you in dispelling any doubts you may have.

If you wish to return your item, you must advise us your intent to cancel within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will reply within 1 working day to advise the return process. Please do not return the item until you have heard from us.

Returned items must be complete and in unused condition. Please ensure that the item is safely packed and your return is made via an insured and tracked service in case of loss or damage in transit. We will not be able to issue a refund if  returned item is incomplete or damaged. You should also ensure that you include details of your name and address. We will acknowledge receipt of the returned item by email to your email address. A full refund of the order total will be made by the original payment method within 5 working days of the item return.
