As all my patterns are second hand I prefer to list them all as used 

All my patterns are reusable. The packet may be torn or tatty of look brand new

If listed as unused or uncut they are still factory folded or neatly folded

If they have been used they will be listed as cut

Unless stated in the condition section all the pieces and the instructions are in the packet

If the pattern is a multi size pattern it may be cut to a specific size this will be stated in the condition section

The pattern pieces may need to be ironed out flat before use as they may not be nicely folded

This is easy to do with a warm iron

In fact I iron all my pattern pieces flat even if they are new before cutting out the fabric as this enables you to cut a nice flat pattern piece
