a recent estate find..

a STANLEY SUPER VAC thermos in fine condition....

IN IT'S ORIGINAL BOX !!

This was produced and sold in 1925. I looked up how to date it on the Stanley website. you go by the serial number and add 192 to the first number.

This really belongs in a museum of 20th Century American products. The thermos is in excellent condition and collectable on its own but the real rarity is the box. This is an EXCEEDINGLY scare Stanley Co. box. They just hardly ever show up, hence the asking price. It will be the crown of someone's collection.

excellent condition to the thermos, lightly used, some fine scratches to the chrome can be seen under light but condition is over all tight. the flaps at the top of the box are detached but the rest of the box is sturdy and solid , some sides have little more than others but it looks very presentable. A VERY RARE BOX. museum quality.
