Adventures in English è un corso d'inglese ideato appositamente
per la Scuola Media italiana. Presenta una grande varietà di
materiali finalizzati all'apprendimento della lingua per diversi
scopi:
1 l'utilizzazione immediata della lingua per comunicare in situazioni
di vita quotidiana
2 l'approccio con realtà e culture diverse
3 lo sviluppo delle capacità logiche e cognitive
4 l'ampliamento culturale generale
Il corso ha uno spiccato taglio interdisciplinare: lo studio
dell'inglese è collegato alle altre materie scolastiche e si inserisce
quindi nel contesto più ampio dell'educazione generale fornendo
un utile punto di partenza per la collaborazione fra i diversi
insegnanti.
Questo Workbook and Progress Diary 2 comprende una
varietà di esercizi collegati alle unità 13-24 dello Student's
Book. Inoltre contiene un Progress Diary per ogni unità che
permette agli allievi di controllare i loro progressi man mano che
proseguono nello studio. Alla fine di questo libro si trovano degli
elenchi del lessico, della grammatica e delle voci comunicative
più importanti a questo livello.
