Returns & Exchanges

RefrigiWear always strives to make shopping with us easy, which is why we provide prepaid Fedex SmartPost return labels with each consumer order. You will find your SmartPost label included within your order's paperwork. To return an item via SmartPost, simply place the items you want to return into a box, apply the SmartPost label we provided and drop the box off at any Fedex location or at your local USPS post office. Please note that estimated SmartPost transit times are 2-7 business days. We will accept returned items and issue credits only if they are still in their original condition and have not been worn or washed.
